Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Supplement Factory. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within the timeframe described below and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is sealed and unopened in its original packaging.
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You received the wrong item due to a fulfilment error on our part.

We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products due to health and safety regulations, unless the product is defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used supplements
• Products purchased on clearance or final sale
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. If approved, we will arrange for collection or provide a return address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method:

• Bank Transfer orders: refunded to the same bank account.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer (you will need to provide your account details).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
